2-Day Intro to Forrest Yoga Series

Saturday & Sunday, March 7th & 8th, 2:00-4:00pm

Whether you’re new to yoga, rehabilitating an injury, or recommitting to your practice, we hope you’ll be able to join us for our 2-day Intro to Forrest Yoga series. Bring your injuries, ailments, questions, and inspirations, and we’ll share a practice in which you’ll explore yoga with modifications specific to your body, along with a deeper breath awareness. Class size is intentionally kept small so that each student is able to receive hands-on, catered instruction from Jill and Angela.

Specifically, in this series, we will:

  • Explore Forrest Yoga basic moves
  • Work with your personal injuries
  • Learn key poses for your body
  • Learn light anatomy
  • Deepen your breath practice
  • Practice relaxation and healing techniques

$60 for the 2-day series. Pre-registration required.
