Yoga for Hope w/Cosetta Romani, Friday, June 1st, 6-7:30pm

Cosetta Romani is delighted to offer a 90-minute Gentle, Restorative, Healing, Meditative yoga class. Sound healer Matt Meier will join her with his Singing Crystal bowls. These ancient tools have been used for thousands of years to facilitate the healing process. The tonal vibrations produced by
the bowls pass through the body, calibrating our cells’ internal frequency. As this happens the body relaxes, the heart opens and deep meditation occurs. The experience is truly one of love, light, and heart connectedness.

A donation-based class to support City of Hope in their research and treatment of cancer, diabetes, HIV/AIDS and other life-threatening illnesses. City of Hope is an innovative, compassionate, patient-focused treatment and research center. The directors and staff believe that achieving wellness can take more than state-of-the-art
medical care.
