This requires a mindfulness to discern what kind of Yoga you need to keep you buzzing. Then, block it into your schedule and work in everything else around that. Radical self-assessment in service of Embodiment. #KulaChallenge

This 40 day journey has the potential to impact all areas of your life; cultivating self-healing, self-love, and a deeper state of peace. Give yourself the gift of nourishment through the support of your Kula!

  • Join us in 40 days of Yoga or Mindfulness practice.
  • Join Gianna for led meditation every Tuesday & Thursday, 8:15 – 8:45AM during the challenge.
  • Join our 4 workshops: The Art of Meditation w/Gianna Carotenuto, Physiology of Breath w/Anna Davis, Yoga Trance Dance w/Cosetta Romani, and Moonlight Yoga w/Angela & Jill.
  • Join community in the three meet up groups, 6:15 – 7:15PM on Sundays, 4/13, 4/27, & 5/4.
  • Go deeper in your practice with 5 days of Morning Intensives, 9:00 – 11:00AM, Monday, May 12 – Friday, May 16th.
  • Challengers have an option to receive a mini acupuncture session at meet-up group #2, along with Chinese Medicine cleanse details w/Ashley Schiavone, L.Ac.

$35 registration fee (does not include the cost of yoga classes or the four workshops/events)
Challengers receive a $10 discount off each workshop fee.

    Yes, anyone can sign up to join the 40-day Yoga and Mindfulness Challenge up through tomorrow, Monday, April 7th. You can register online (under the merchandise tab), or by stopping in. Once registered we will give you more details and are here to answer any of your questions.
