Enrich mind, body, and spirit through yoga in all of it’s beautiful permutations at the Eureka Center’s first annual NW YogaFest.

Join Amy Cooper, Jenniferlyn Chiemingo, Peter Miko, Colin Patterson, Amber Tande, Angela DiMario, Jill Baumgardner, Liz Doyle, Cosetta Romani, Melanie Foust, Karen Francovich, Jennifer Isaacson, and many more for a weekend of sunshine, swimming, camping, yoga in the mountains! Four of Kula’s teachers will be there!

Fee: Weekend Package (6 meals & Camping) $150 by 6/15, $175 after.

Open Your Heart Workshop, Sat. June 25th 2:30 – 5:00PM

Saturday, June 25th, 2:30 – 5:00PM “OPENING TO BACKBENDS” with Jill & Angela.

A safe and intelligent way of warming and opening the body for backbends. Some Forrest Yoga experience is helpful but not required, and those with advanced practices are encouraged to join.
Please bring a mat, strap and willingness to partner with a partner for 3-4 poses.

Meditation, Asana Instruction, pen and paper provided. $30

Yoga Trance Dance 6/4 & 7/16

Saturday, June 4th 8:00 – 10:00PM is YOGA TRANCE DANCE with Cosetta Romani! If you haven’t experienced the soulful sound-fest Cosetta facilitates, then you are in for a treat. Be prepared to stretch, dance and explore the authentic states of Self and Other within a euphoric environment. $20. Upcoming Yoga Trance Dance dates 6/4 & 7/16.

Cosetta is a Registered Yoga Alliance Experienced Teacher (ERYT 500)
Over the years Cosetta has been trained and inspired by many master teachers in the healing arts of yoga, meditation and shamanism. Deep gratitude to the following:
Chogyam Trungpa Rinpoche, Sakyong Mipham Rinpoche, Pema Chondron, Shelley Pierce, Matthew Lyon, Char Sundust, Shiva Rea, Saul David Raye, Mark Whitwell, Cindy Lee, Sarah Power, Eric Shiffmann and most of all Mother Nature.

Cosetta is also a creative “dakini”, who has been studying and practicing the art of ikebana(flowers sculptures) of Sogetzu school, and devotional beauty.

Cosetta is ferocious in her dedication to seize the present moment. To live life as it come allows her to experience and teach yoga as a living practice, weaving all the wisdom traditions in the now. Intuitive guidance, precise breath work, creative flows, chanting, moving and sitting meditation are explored in her classes. Her students are constantly invited to shift inward in order to reach outward.

Memorial Weekend Cancelations

Dear Students,

In honor of Memorial Day our yoga classes will be cancelled Sunday (5/29) & Monday (5/30).
Also, due to low registration the Inversion workshop on Saturday, 5/28 is postponed until July. Stay tuned for that new date!

The 4:00PM and 7:00PM classes are ON! And, all classes resume to normal tomorrow, 5/12.
