Ana Forrest at Kula Movement, Friday – Sunday, 2/24-26!

Friday’s 4pm class, as well as all regularly scheduled classes Saturday – Sunday are cancelled in lieu of the Ana Forrest workshops at Kula Movement this weekend, 2/24-26!

 

Want to feel ready for the workshops?

Drink plenty of water. Eat well, and omit alcohol and drugs from your diet to increase your feeling experience this weekend. Also, if you’re taking the full weekend and plan to stay around Ballard – bring a change of clothes for each session, water, and something to eat.

Plan to park on Shilshole avenue. It is located one block west of Ballard Ave and has all day unlimited road parking. Also, there is a small lot on Leary Ave which is one block east of Ballard Ave that has a dozen spots for $2 after 6pm. Please note the infamous Ballard Farmers Market runs directly out front of our studio every Sunday, 10 – 3pm and can make parking more difficult to find. Please allow time to park and maybe even grab something from the market!

Please bring your own mat, strap, and block. In addition to your mat, please bring a second mat, or beach towel. The studio has ~ 15 props to loan, and there are 45 attendees. Please plan ahead, or purchase your own here at Kula.

After Yoga Ceremony it is important to get rest and refrain from negative dialogue. Soak in epsom salt baths for sore muscles, drink more water than usual, and omit sugar, alcohol, and drugs to increase your post yoga health benefits.
