Join Kula Movement’s house Nutritionist to discover how herbal infusions can become a part of your daily life. You will learn how easy it is to make simple, healthy and restorative herbal drinks.  In addition to learning how to source the herbs and make your infusion, you will have the opportunity to taste and experience some of the more popular choices. We will discuss the properties of various plants, so that you will have a better understanding of which plants will be most effective for your body. Don’t miss this free and exciting workshop!
