Yoga Sound Bath

Please join us for a special evening of restorative yoga, therapeutic sound, and energy healing.

Cosetta opens our session with song and prayer, guides a restorative asana sequence and offers hands-on healing to each participant.

Daniella steers the journey through the vibrational resonance of crystal bowls, planetary gong, and voice. The gentle yet powerful sounds lead to deep relaxation and promote cellular regeneration. We close with an extended sound bath savasana meditation.

As part of our recent 40-Day Yoga Journey, we undertook a Spring Cleanse led by Kula’s acupunturist, Ashley Schiavone. She shared with us a cleanse-approved recipe featuring an often overlooked but uber-nutritious green: stinging nettles!

Absolutely loaded with vitamins, stinging nettles help to build qi, restore adrenals, build blood, and act as a gentle detox on liver, kidneys, skin, and lungs. And they’re delicious to boot! Check out Ashley’s post on Kula’s blog for more information and to get the recipe!
