January Date Added for 2-Day Intro Series

IntroSeriesBlogWe’ve had a number of inquiries about our Intro Series, but – given the general business of the season – a lot of interested people with schedule conflicts around our November and December series offerings. So, we’ve decided to add an additional 2-Day Intro Series to the calendar in January!

This is a great series for reconnecting to your practice, and what better time for re-centering and re-focusing ourselves than the new year?

Whether you’re new to yoga, rehabilitating and injury, or recommitting to your practice, we hope you’ll be able to join us. Bring your injuries, ailments, questions, and inspirations, and we’ll share a practice in which you’ll explore yoga with modifications specific to your body, along with a deeper breath awareness. Class size is intentionally kept small so that each student is able to receive hands-on, catered instruction from Jill and Angela.

Specifically, in this series, we will:

  • Explore Forrest Yoga basic moves
  • Work with your personal injuries
  • Learn key poses for your body
  • Learn light anatomy
  • Deepen your breath practice
  • Practice relaxation and healing techniques

$60 for the 2-day series. Preregistration is required, and class size is limited!
