Embodied on Earth, embedded in nature

As summer reaches an end we reflect how our seasons embraced us; the sun was hot, and water, nourishing. How has summer’s groove enriched your life experience? What new stories of neurological connectedness do you have to share?

As the first rains of the approaching autumn begin to fall, we recognize water signifies transition between the physical/material and the spiritual. We were readied for Life by nine months of water-living. and the inner harvest of autumn reaps us ready for winter’s den.

We are intertwined with water, as an element within and around. There are many known forms and functions of water in our body. Water is also symbolic of our emotions.
Earth relies on water for land preservation, food, creation, amongst much more. Leonardo Da Vinci said “Water is the driver of nature”.
We invite you to deepen the connection to this element by acknowledging the many aquatic ways we are in our lives.
Is your breath rapid, short, and erratic? Or is it slow, fluid & rhythmic?
Are you able to maintain a strong drishti (focus), while the fluidity of your breath and body dance?
We invite you to explore movement in your practices and lifestyle that surrender to the softness of being, while maintaining the strength of focus.

We hope you’ll enjoy the schedule changes, coming events, and seasonal transition with us. It is good to be in the flow with ALL of you.

The softest thing in the universe overcomes the hardest thing the universe.
In the world there is nothing more submissive and weak then water. Yet for attacking that which is hard and strong nothing can surpass it.
” Lao-Tsu
