Announcing Next Generation Yoga Fall Series for Kids and (NEW!) Tweens

o-LULULEMON-LUON-YOGA-PANTS-facebookIn our 10-week series, Charlotte guides fun and creative activities that stimulate children’s and tween’s physical strength, emotional balance, and self-confidence. Classes integrate traditional yoga poses, breathing exercises, deep-relaxation, meditation techniques, and self-reflection. Students will gain a deeper understanding of the physical and philosophical aspects of yoga, presented and practiced at an age-appropriate level.

Kids Yoga Series
Ages 3-5: Thursdays, September 17–November 19, 3:30-4:15 p.m.
Ages 6-10: Thursdays, September 17–November 19, 4:30-5:15 p.m.

Tween Yoga Series
Ages 11-13: Tuesdays, September 15–November 17, 4:15-5:15 p.m.

$135 per child/tween for the 10-week series.
Space is limited; preregistration is strongly encouraged!

Charlotte HeadshotCharlotte Light is a Next Generation Yoga teacher who began practicing yoga over 10 years ago as a compliment to her love and appreciation for competitive sports. Some of Charlotte’s favorite aspects of yoga are practicing gratitude, learning about life through movement, and exploring energy through breath.

Next Generation Yoga with Nicole Koleshis at Kula Movement

Thursdays, April 2nd – June 11th (no class on Thursday, April 16th)

Ages 3-5: 3:30 – 4:15pm
Ages 6-10: 4:30 – 5:15pm

Our 10-week Kids Yoga series brings creativity, consciousness, and community together. Developing a yoga practice is the perfect way to ensure that kids and young adults maintain healthy life habits that can serve them as scheduling demands increase, social pressures build, and life stressors become more prevalent. Our kid’s classes promote inner strength, body awareness, concentration, confidence, self-esteem, a feeling of well-being, respect for others, and love for one’s self, inside and out.

$130 for the 10-week series.
Space is limited, and classes fill quickly. Preregistration is strongly encouraged.

Next Generation Yoga classes are joyful,playful and encourage creativity and social awareness. Nicole Koleshis has been sharing the gift of yoga with children and families for over 12 years and is considered a master kid’s yoga teacher. She teaches NGY classes at Kula Movement and leads teacher trainings throughout the United States and internationally.
