Yoga update: New schedule, New teachers, and October’s Special!

To flow with the season’s shift we’ve added classes, teachers, and unified evening class times. Please enjoy!

New Schedule Changes:
6:30 – 7:30AM
Forrest Yoga is now only 1 hour, and taught Monday – Friday. Come practice before work!

5:45 – 7:00PM Forrest Yoga Basics Class is every Monday and Wednesday.

5:45 – 7:00PM Forrest Yoga, Int / Adv class on Tuesdays and 7:15 – 8:45PM on Wednesday.

New class time: 7:15 – 8:45PM Forrest Yoga offered Monday – Thursday!

Prenatal Yoga is every Thursday 5:45 – 6:45PM and Saturday 12:30 – 1:30PM.
Kids Yoga (ages 3 – 6) is every Monday 11:00 – 11:45AM
Mom & Baby Yoga (2weeks – early walkers) is every Wednesday 11:00 – 11:45AM
Family Jam Yoga (all ages) is every Sunday 11:00 – 11:45AM


New Instructors:
Gianna Carotenuto teaches Forrest Yoga Tuesday & Thursday at 6:30AM, Free Meditation on Thursdays at 8:30 – 8:50AM, and Thursday’s Forrest Yoga class at 9AM. She brings 10+ years of Forrest Yoga teaching experience!

Katherine Cook teaches Forrest Yoga Thursdays at 12PM. Katherine is an innovative mover and math extraordinaire.
